All Marathon helical bevel gearboxes in our aluminium range are vacuum impregnated (MIL-STD 276) for protection and sealing. No secondary finish required but readily accepts paint. All gears are hardened and ground ensuring quiet and reliable operation and can be inspected via the removable inspection cover
